When Suhaana sees Raj or me brushing our teeth, she points to the brush, and says "Me!". That's her general indication that she needs one too- and it applies to a range of things - tea cup, coffee mug, food we eat, hair brush and now toothbrush. Since this had been happening quite often, we have a small toothbrush for her too now.
I should perhaps mention that she has all of 2 bunny rabbit teeth so far. So today when she asked for her toothbrush, and was given hers', she proceeded to diligently and vigorously brush her tongue. It should be called a tongue-brush. She protested when finally the brush was taken away and secured before she could leave it in a nook somewhere. (Mom would have had to end up spending several minutes searching for it all over the house before giving up! )
